OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man faces felonies following a traffic stop on New York Avenue, according to city police.
Randy J. Ford, 44, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, officers said.
He was also cited for operating without a license and unsafe tires at 8:14 p.m., officers said.
Ford was released on his own recognizance, police said.
