In his letter to the editor, Michael Greer posits that we should boycott the election because both choices are bad.
Michael needs to leave his apathy and realize what is at stake. The American experiment of democracy will come to an end if Trump is elected.
“One man doddering but well meaning” is the way he describes the Democratic nominee and our current president. The current president who has presided over one of the strongest economies in recent memory, with unemployment below 2% and the stock market soaring. A president who has helped to right the ship after a fascist white supremacist 3 years younger wanna be dictator had power and destroyed this nation both economically and in standing with the world.
Not voting is how you get trump. Not voting is how you end this all for the worse.
Get out and vote. Vote federally and locally because when you don’t, the worst get elected and are given power.
