CANTON—Cohan Carr, 29, of Massena, was indicted by a St. Lawrence County Grand Jury on two counts third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count second-degree criminal using drug paraphernalia, according to court documents released April 24.
Court documents state that Carr possessed narcotics and scales intended for distribution in November of 2024 in the town of Norfolk.
Casey Sharlow, 34, of Ogdensburg, was indicted by a St. Lawrence County Grand Jury on one count each third-degree burglary and petit larceny, according to court documents released Thursday, April 2024.
Documents allege that on or around Oct. 31 of last year, Sharlow entered a residence in the city of Ogdensburg with intent to commit a crime, and stole property.
Darryl F. Matthews, 30, of DeKalb Junction, was indicted by a St. Lawrence County Grand Jury on one count second-degree criminal mischief, one count fourth-degree attempted grand larceny, and one count trespass, according to court documents released April 24.
Court documents state that Matthews allegedly damaged another person’s property valued over $1,500, attempted to steal property valued over $1,000.
