Temperatures today in St. Lawrence County will be in the mid 60s to lower and on Thursday, record breaking temperatures are expected, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
High temps today will be around 72 with winds 14-18 mph and gusts as high as 30 mph, the service says. Overnight lows will be around 58.
The North Country is expected to see high temperatures in the 70s, and it is possible a handful of locations may even reach 80 degrees on Halloween.
The next weather system will approach overnight Thursday into Friday, bringing gusty south to southwest winds and showery conditions, NWS says.
Dry, seasonable weather will return over the weekend, with temperatures
moderating midweek with an approaching warm front, the service says.
