MASSENA — The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce, Massena Public Library, Rotary Club of Massena, National Aluminum Production Heritage Association, and Celine Philibert Cultural Centre & Museum are hosting events through April 27 in celebration of Springtime in the Community.
“It is wonderful to have these organizations come together in Massena to celebrate this season. These organizations are critical parts of the character and quality of life of the Massena community,” said Ben Dixon, Executive Director of the Chamber. “It is the goal of the Chamber and its Massena Ambassadors to grow an annual, community-wide ‘Spring Fever Festival’ in Massena, and just as we get a preview of spring in the North Country, so do we get a preview of that festival with these essential organizations.”

The National Aluminum Production Heritage Association has a display on the history of aluminum produced locally in the Town of Massena at the Celine Philibert Cultural Centre & Museum. For hours and more information, contact the Museum at (315) 769-8571.
The Rotary Club of Massena is holding a “scavenger hunt” in which community members are invited to search for answers to questions about the club and take pictures with each one. Completed answers emailed to rotary.massena@gmail.com will be entered into a drawing for a prize basket.
