CANTON -- The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will hold its membership vote to approve or disapprove a four-party chamber merger on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at 6:30 p.m. At the County Chamber office at 101 Main St.

The Canton, Massena and Ogdensburg chambers have already voted in favor of the merger. The vote of the county chamber membership is the last party whose vote is needed to complete the merger.

A membership integration information session will take place on Zoom at noon on Monday, Aug. 21. Visit the member events page at www.slcchamber.org for registration and a link.

A letter was mailed to all members of the county chamber. That letter included a proxy authorization that allows members to vote Yes or No and return via mail email or fax to the county chamber by Aug. 23.
