POTSDAM — A sound healing event featuring yoga nidra, live music, and chant will be held at 4 p.m. at the Potsdam Presbyterian Church Community Center, 42½ Elm Street. Alisa Woods will lead a guided yoga nidra session with live guitar by Benjamin Mambou, followed by ocean drums, cello-guitar duet, and meditative chanting.
