Upset, distressed by your new Town of Potsdam assessment as conducted by GAR Associates?

Take a photo of your 2025 Assessment Notification and email it to CONPA13668@gmail.com.

Tell us your story, share what your experience has been when trying to deal with the impact of your new assessment. Have you had the support you needed? Have you had your questions and concerns addressed and answered by either GAR Associates, the town assessor or the town board?

Your input is vital to achieving our goal of having the assessment put on hold, stopped. There are multiple daily updates on Facebook at the Citizens Opposing Non-Objective Property Assessment (CONPA) page. We provide insight, resources and other information to keep this process moving forward and to keep you informed.

You can also look for us on Maple Street to sign the petition which states our resolve to have the GAR Assessment stopped. Times and dates for petition signing will be announced on the CONPA Facebook page.

We have until May 1 to get this unjustified, inequitable, overtly inflated, punitive assessment stopped.
