SeaComm donates to Massena library to assist with mission

SeaComm recently donated $1,000 to the Massena Public Library. The funds will be used to assist the library in continuing their mission of helping the community succeed through education, literacy, and culture. With the help of a dedicated staff and donations from local businesses like SeaComm, the Massena Public Library provides the area with opportunities for lifelong learning.
