NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was charged with a felony following a burglary report Dec. 7, according to state police.
Adam L. Bevins, 35, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, felony, officers said.
He was also cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree falsely reporting a catastrophe or emergency to an official agency, police said.
Bevins was released on his own recognizance, troopers said.
