Mary Rain must be out of her mind. Whining like a 3-year old because she didn't get her way. If I was in charge I would tell her that if her assistants are not going to go to court she doesn't need assistants. She is not the only one subjected to the county's cutbacks. Sheriff Wells did not get a replacement deputy and he is not pulling all his deputies off the road. She has the same number of assistants as every other DA for at least the last 15-20 years or so. Why is it that the other DA's could do it and Mary Rain can't, especially since I hear the caseloads are lower? We as a community must find a way to remove Rain from office.
