Pumped up for school in Parishville

Van Carter, 8, a third grader, and his brother Liam, 4, beginning pre-K, were all smiles on their first day back at Parishville-Hopkinton Central School. The brothers are among thousands of students across St. Lawrence County returning to classrooms this week as the new school year begins. Families and schools alike are marking the transition from summer break to busy fall routines filled with learning, activities, and community traditions.
