OGDENSBURG – Jenessa L. Thorpe, 21, of Ogdensburg, was charged Feb. 2 with one count each third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal contempt, and obstructing government administration, Potsdam police say.

Village police say that Thorpe was arrested following an investigation into a protective order violation when they found that Thorpe was inside of an apartment building owned by the protected party.

Thorpe was processed at Potsdam Police Department and arraigned in town of Norfolk court. Thorpe was held at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
