POTSDAM— State Police have arrested a Potsdam woman who allegedly used a stolen debit card to purchase items at Walmart.
Stephanie R. Gosnell, 35, of Potsdam was charged March 26 with two counts fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and one count petit larceny, State Police say.
Troopers report that Gosnell was charged following investigation of a larceny complaint at Walmart in Potsdam.
State Police say that Gosnell stole a cell phone and a debit card, using the card to purchase items at the store.
Gosnell was processed at the Canton State Police station and was held at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
