Potsdam swears in Tulloch

A swearing-in ceremony for newly appointed Village of Potsdam Trustee Joshua Tulloch, right, was held on Friday, May 2 at 9 a.m., in the Civic Center Board Room. Swearing in Tulloch were Potsdam Village Clerk Georgine Scott, left, and Potsdam Village Mayor Alexandra Jacobs Wilke, center. Tulloch, a physician’s assistant with Rochester Regional Health, was unanimously appointed to fill the remaining vacancy on the board by the resignation of former Trustee Monique Tirion in January.
