Over the past few months I have been collecting stuffed animals for children and teens battling cancer. Now that this service project has come to an end, I want to give a huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who made it possible.
With an incredible total of 350 stuffed animals collected from our community and 400 heartfelt letters written by the students of Lawrence Ave Elementary and AAK Middle School, your contributions have truly made a difference. You all are the ones that made this possible and I know that smiles were brought to many faces!
The places that received these donations were incredibly grateful and touched by this.

All these donations were separated and delivered between multiple places including University of Vermont Medical, The Dreaming Tree Lodge, and Canton-Potsdam Hospital. They all expressed their heartfelt appreciation and shared how much joy and comfort these gifts brought to those in need.
Your support has proven to so many that they will never be alone. This project has shown me how much the community will come together, and if it has taught me anything, it’s that we can unite even for something small and create a big impact on others.
Thank you to everyone for the amazing support!
