POTSDAM -- A Potsdam resident was charged with criminal tampering stemming from a May 24 complaint from a local business, according to village police.
Quillian A. Crowe, 24, was cited for criminal tampering at 2:44 p.m. on Thursday, officers said.
Crowe allegedly tampered with property belonging to the business.
Police said Crowe was cited and released.
