POTSDAM— Sierra B. DeShane, 24, of Potsdam, was issued uniform traffic tickets Sept. 20 for following too closely, unlicensed operator, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, Potsdam Police say. 

Village police report that DeShane was ticketed following investigation of a property damage accident on Park Street. 

According to village police, DeShane is alleged to have left insufficient space between her vehicle and another to avoid a collision. 

Tickets are returnable to Potsdam Town Court Oct. 8. 

Amy L. Gaumes, 56, of Norwood, was issued uniform traffic tickets Sept. 20 for following too closely and unlicensed operation, according to Potsdam Police. 

Village police report that Gaumes was ticketed following investigation of a two-car property damage accident on Market Street. 

Tickets are returnable to Potsdam Town Court Oct. 8.

Fallon K. O’Neil, 42, of Potsdam, was charged Sept. 20 with one count each driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08% or greater BAC, Potsdam Police say. 

Village police report that O’Neil was ticketed after patrols observed her allegedly fail to signal a turn, and was reportedly determined to be impaired by alcohol during the ensuing traffic stop. 

Tickets are returnable to Potsdam Town Court Oct. 8.
