Aubree J. Smith, 21, of Marcy, was issued a uniform traffic ticket for unsafe backing Jan. 31, according to Potsdam Police. Smith was ticketed after patrol observed a two-vehicle collision in the Main Street parking lot. Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town court Feb. 19.

Felix Jonas Martinez Jacobo, 20, of Bronx, was issued a uniform traffic ticket Jan. 31 for illegal windshield tint, according to Potsdam village police. Village police say Jacobo was ticketed when the entire front windshield of his vehicle was found to be tinted. Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town Court Feb. 19.
