Christopher N. Dihrberg, 32, Parishville, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt on Jan. 18 in Potsdam. Police report that Dihrberg was located with the protected party of an order of protection.
The charge is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Feb. 7.
