POTSDAM— Rocco J. Albanese, 19, of Cicero, was issued an appearance ticket April 26 for use of another’s license, according to Potsdam Police say.

Village police report that Albanese was charged after patrols found him to allegedly be in possession of another person’s driver license.

Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town Court May 7.

Pramodvarma Chodraju, 23, of Potsdam, was issued a uniform traffic ticket April 26 for using an electronic device while driving, Potsdam Police say.

Village police report that Chodraju was charged after patrols observed him driving on Market Street while allegedly using an electronic device.

Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town Court May 7.

Kyan Thompson Combs, 20, of Watertown, was issued an appearance ticket April 26 for unnecessary noise, Potsdam Police say.

Village police report that Combs was ticketed after patrols observed him allegedly yelling and swearing on Market Street.

Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town Court May 7.

Jesse J. Blackmon, 45, of Kingston, was arrested April 26 on a bench warrant out of Franklin County, Potsdam Police say.

Village police report that Blackmon was arrested following investigation of a disorderly person complaint on Market Street.

Potsdam Police say that Blackmon was determined to have an active bench warrant from Franklin County probation.

Blackmon was turned over to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
