POTSDAM— Rachelle A. Cole, 42, of DeKalb, was issued a uniform traffic ticket April 12 for failure to yield right of way on a left turn, Potsdam Police say.

Village Police say that Cole was ticketed following investigation of a two-car motor vehicle accident on Market Street.

Ticket is returnable to Potsdam Town Court May 7.
