POTSDAM— A Potsdam man who allegedly struck a victim with a car door was arrested last Thursday.
Lee Moody, 45, of County Route 59 in Potsdam, was charged March 6 with one count third-degree assault, and one count second-degree harassment, the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office reports.
In the course of his investigation County sheriff Deputy Field discovered that Moody had allegedly used a vehicle door to strike a victim during an altercation.
Moody was arraigned in Potsdam town court and released on his own recognizance.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
