Potluck in Potsdam

POTSDAM -- The Poor People's Campaign will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11 in the community room of the Potsdam Presbyterian Church, 42 Elm Street. Attendees are asked to arrive at 5:30 to assist with set up and to bring a dish to share. Dinner will be held in fellowship and posters for the march will be made thereafter. Participants will need to bring their own materials to make posters for the march. Suggested items include: poster board, cardboard and butcher paper; packaging tape or duct tape; markers and pencils; stapler, glue and rubber cement; stencils, construction paper and scissors. At 7:30 p.m., attendees will assist with break down and clean up, and the event will conclude by 8 p.m.
