HANNAWA FALLS -- Postwood Park will host its first ever youth & adult triathlons on Saturday, July 13.
The youth event will kick off at 8 a.m., with the adult event starting at 9 a.m.
The cost for the youth is $10 and $15 for adults.
Registration is available by visiting the Town of Potsdam Recreation-Postwood Park FB page, or people are welcome to register the day of.
The park will also host a Wellness Fair and Family Fun Day at Postwood Park on July 13 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
There will be music throughout the day, face painting, arts & crafts, tie-dye (remember to bring something white), learn to kayak, learn to paddleboard, yard games, yoga at 8:15 a.m., bootcamp at 9 a.m., and pilates at 10 and more.
