MASSENA -- The investigation into the disappearance of a Massena woman continues roughly a year-and-a-half since she was last seen.

Kinsley Robert was 33 at the time of her disappearance in May 2024, when she was last seen near Bridges Avenue in the village of Massena.

Police said she was last seen there between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Initial reports suggested she was last seen around 3 a.m. near the street, something police worked to corroborate with surveillance footage from homes in the area.

Massena Chief of Police Cody Wilson said the case is still active, with many agencies taking part in the investigation.

"It is still an open investigation with all hands-on deck. Any and all leads that come through our office are investigated," Wilson said.

Wilson said police are still urging anyone with possible information related to her disappearance to contact Massena Police.

The department can be reached by calling (315) 769-3577.

Robert was reported missing on Saturday, May 11, 2024 after friends and family members were unable to contact her.

Officers then went door-to-door to ask Bridges Avenue residents if they saw Robert or had security footage that may have placed her on the street previously.

She is described as being 5’4” tall,  weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and hazel colored eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black and white zebra print dress.

Residents of Massena were previously asked to review all security footage between May 8-12 for any potential leads as to Robert’s whereabouts.

Numerous friends and family members have posted on social media pages, asking for further information regarding Robert’s whereabouts.

A $5,000 reward for any information that assists in locating Robert has also been offered for nearly a year, according to posts online.
