OGDENSBURG — A Clayton man was charged following a burglary complaint at Walmart on Sept. 24, according to city police.
Ryan P. Youngs, 40, Clayton was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny at 12:08 p.m., officers said.
He was reportedly cited and released.
