Pauline Naioti, 86, formerly of Massena

MASSENA -- At the age of 86, Pauline Naioti of Clifton Park, NY, died peacefully on February 19, 2025.

Born June 3, 1937, she grew up in Massena, NY, raised three children in Ithaca, New York, and was an employee of JCPenney.

She enjoyed long walks and kayaking and relaxed by spending time watching the ships on the St. Lawrence Seaway.

She was incredibly proud of her kids and grandkids and lived an independent life until her death from congestive heart failure.

Pauline is survived by her son, Michael Clark Naioti of Purchase, NY; daughter, Kelley Naioti Denny and son-in-law, John of Pittsburgh, PA; son, Nicholas Paul Naioti Jr. and daughter-in-law, Kim of Rye, New Hampshire; grandchildren, Patrick, Kelsey, Olivia, Cassandra, Alyssa, Myles, Karen and Sierra as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Barkley Cook, father, Delbert Barkley, husband, Nicholas Paul Naioti, Sr. and siblings, Duane, June and Joyce.

Family and friends are welcome to join a celebration of her life being held at 11:00 on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Louisville Community Church.

Friends are invited to a celebration of her life immediately following the service.

Instead of flowers, donations may be made to the Massena Volunteer Fire Department, 34 Andrews Street, Massena, NY 13662.
