GOUVERNEUR — Over 1,300 people attended Gouverneur's annual Trunk or Treat on Monday evening, Oct. 28, at the Gouverneur High School parking lot.
A total of 42 businesses and organizations passed out candy from decorated trunks
The trunks had a variety of themes, and people passed out candy dressed in costumes ranging from bloody surgeons, witches and crayons to Beetlejuice, and Ninja Turtles.
The popular event was hosted by The Community Health Center of the North Country and the Seaway Valley Prevention Council.
