I see Rep. Greene is embarrassing the Republicans again by publishing misinformation about Ukraine. Let’s think about this for a minute. The U.S. has not won a conflict since the Korean Conflict. In the process of losing these conflicts/wars thousands of American young men and women have been killed.
Billions have been spent on weapons and hardware. Russia took Crimea and is now trying to take Ukraine. It is time, in my opinion, to let somebody else fight their own war without our people being involved and dying. Send them what they need, let them test new weapons and, without Congress armchairing the decision process that caused us to lose so many conflicts, hopefully they will drive Russia out of its territory. And hopefully send the world the message that we will successfully aid countries that are being invaded by other nations.
Yes, I strongly believe that Congressional interference and the lack of stomach to fight a war has caused us to lose since Korea. War is death and destruction, and our elected representatives are quick to get us involved but do not have the stomach to win.
Give Ukraine what they need and learn from people who are fighting to survive how to fight a war.
Maybe in the future our Government will learn to let the people who are trained to fight to let them do so.
And, for the record, I believe that war should be avoided at all costs, however, idiots and morons always find reasons to take from others what they want without regard for the consequences.
