OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg woman was jailed on felony failure to report a change of address charge Jan. 12, according to city police.
Olanta D. Clement, 29, was jailed for filing a false instrument, felony, and failure to report a change of address, felony, officers said.
She was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail, police said.
