OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged following an alleged domestic dispute Sept. 23 on Clark Street, according to city police.
Macala L. Ashley, 24, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 7:49 p.m., police said.
Ashley was released after being arraigned by Judge Massey, officers said.
