OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a traffic stop on Paterson Street Tuesday, according to city police.
Leslie E. Hunter, 45, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 9:18 p.m. and released on an appearance ticket, police said.
