OGDENSBURG—Elaina J. Wainwright, 22, of Potsdam, was issued a uniform traffic ticket March 23 for uninspected motor vehicle, Ogdensburg Police say.
City police report that Wainwright was ticketed following a traffic stop on State Street.
Ticket is returnable to Ogdensburg city court at a later date.

Barbie J. Ford, 43, of Ogdensburg, was charged March 23 with one count second-degree criminal trespass, Ogdensburg Police say.
