OGDENSBURG— Carley AP Lovely, 28, of Ogdensburg, was charged July 1 with one count public lewdness, Ogdensburg Police say. 

City police report that Lovely was charged following investigation of a neighbor dispute. 

Lovely was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court July 15.
