OGDENSBURG— Troy R. Kerr, 19, of Lisbon, was issued a uniform traffic ticket April 25 for suspended registration, Ogdensburg Police say.

City police report that Kerr was charged following a property damage accident on Ford Street.

Ticket is returnable to Ogdensburg City Court May 8.

Michael C. Besaw, 36, of Ogdensburg, was arrested April 25 on an Ogdensburg City Court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police say.

Besaw was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
