OGDENSBURG— Kolbe L. Gollinger, 34, of Massena, was charged April 22 with one count petit larceny, Ogdensburg Police say.

City police report that Gollinger was arrested on a City Court warrant stemming from a larceny investigation at Lowes.

Gollinger was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

Tory A. Pray, 40, of Hammond, was arrested April 22 on a city court arrest warrant stemming from a trespassing investigation.

Pray was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court before Justice Lemay and was released on their own recognizance.
