OGDENSBURG— Joshua J. Nugent, 36, of Ogdensburg, was charged April 20 with driving while intoxicated, city police say.
Ogdensburg Police report that Nugent was charged following a motor vehicle accident on Greene Street.
Nugent was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court May 6.
