OGDENSBURG— Destiny M. Daniels, 22, of Ogdensburg, was arrested April 19 on three city court bench warrants for failure to appear on original charges of petit larceny and second-degree criminal trespass, Ogdensburg Police say.

Daniels was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court before Justice Lemay issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court April 22.

Johnathan N. Jobin, 41, of Ogdensburg, was charged April 19 with one count criminal mischief, city police say.

Ogdensburg Police say that Jobin was charged following a criminal mischief complaint on W. South Street.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court May 6.

Victor L. Laflair, 40, of Ogdensburg, was arrested April 19 on two City Court bench warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal mischief and criminal contempt, Ogdensburg Police say.

Laflair was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court April 22.

Joseph Baugher, 48, of Ogdensburg, was charged April 19 with one count second-degree criminal contempt, Ogdensburg Police say.

City police report that Baugher was charged during a crime in progress.

Rachel L. Nickels, 40, of Rensselaer Falls, was arrested April 19 on a Canton Police Department arrest warrant,  Ogdensburg Police say.

City Police report that Nickels was arrested and turned over to Canton Police Department.
