OGDENSBURG— Jody Y. Yerden, 57, of Ogdensburg, was arrested April 15 on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on original charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, Ogdensburg Police say.

Yerden was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ogdensburg City Court April 22.

Rachel L. Holmes, 45, of Ogdensburg. was charged April 15 with one count first-degree criminal contempt, Ogdensburg Police say.

City police report that Holmes was charged following an alleged domestic incident on Franklin Street.

Holmes was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court before Justice Lemay and was released on her own recognizance.

An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.

Dustin J. Measheaw, 41, of Ogdensburg, was arrested April 15 on eight city court bench warrants for failure to appear, Ogdensburg Police say.

Measheaw was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court before Justice Massey and was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
