OGDENSBURG— An Ogdensburg man is behind bars and two felony charges following an alleged domestic incident, Ogdensburg Police say.
Charles W. Grover Jr., 38, of Ogdensburg, was charged Oct. 2 with two counts third-degree criminal possession of a weapon (felony), two counts second-degree menacing, one count fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and one count fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to Ogdensburg Police.
City police report that Grover was charged following an alleged domestic incident on Franklin Street.
Grover was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and was remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail.
