OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was accused of strangling someone on Pine Street June 10, according to state police.
Troy J. Montroy, 39, was charged with second-degree strangulation, felony; second-degree unlawful imprisonment and acting in a manner injurious to a child, officers said.
He was arraigned in city court, and released on his own recognizance, police said.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, officers said.
