OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with trespassing Sept. 24 on Ford Street, according to state police.
Jeffrey F. Hopper, Jr., 33, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 1:12 p.m., police said.
He was released on his own recognizance, officers said.
