EDWARDS — An Ogdensburg man was charged with felonies following a burglary attempt Nov. 20, according to state police.
Yerden was charged with second-degree burglary: Illegal entry, first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
He was ordered held on bail, officers said.
