OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with driving while ability impaired following a two vehicle motor vehicle accident Friday morning, according to state police.
Latener P. Gray, 30, was charged with DWAI: Alcohol - Two or more prior convictions, officers said.
The second drive, Donald G. Spiridakis, 61, Winthrop was not charged, police said.
Gray was cited and released, officers said.
