LISBON— An Ogdensburg man who allegedly ran his car into the back of a tractor-trailer was ticketed June 18, State Police say.
According to State Police, Bruce L. Nichols, 35, of Ogdensburg, was issued vehicle and traffic tickets Tuesday morning for following too closely and driving at speed not reasonable and prudent.
Troopers report that Nichols was charged following investigation of a motor vehicle accident on state Route 37 in the town of Lisbon, during which he allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer when he failed to notice it slowing down.
Tickets are returnable to Lisbon Town Court at a later date.
