MASSENA — NYS Pistol Permit 16-hour classes are being offered by RETLAW Personal Defense.
New York State now requires a 16-hour pre-licensing course as a prerequisite to obtaining a New York State Concealed Carry license.
RETLAW Personal Defense is offering these classes on Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23 and also on August 10 and 11. The classes are held at the Massena Rod & Gun Club and are taught by a team of certified and experienced instructors. The total cost for the class is $275.
