MADRID— A Norwood male is facing a felony charge after he was arrested Thursday for allegedly driving drunk with a child in the vehicle.
Steven P. Hartman, 72, of Norwood, was charged April 17 with one count each driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, and aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than 16 years of age, State Police say.
State Police records indicate that Hartman was charged following an investigation in the town of Madrid.
Hartman was released to a third party.
