LAWRENCE — A North Lawrence woman was charged with seven counts of animal abuse April 18, according to state police.
Krysta D. LaBarr, 36, was charged with torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance at 2:29 p.m., officers said.
The alleged incident was reported to police April 15.
LaBarr was issued appearance tickets and released, officers said.
