OSWEGATCHIE—Landan C. Rose, 19, of Hammond, was charged May 8 with one count second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, State Police say.
Troopers report that Rose was charged following an investigation in the town of Oswegatchie.
Rose was issued an appearance ticket.
POTSDAM—Tayler Anne Kronsberg, 29, of Ogdensburg, was charged May 8 with one count each driving while intoxicated, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% alcohol in blood, State Police say.
Troopers report that Kronsberg was charged following an investigation in the village of Potsdam.
Kronsberg was released to a third party.
